Electronic Back Pressure Regulator from Horiba
This is not a supply pressure regulator but rather a back pressure regulator.  It bypasses gas flow to maintain a fixed pressure upstream of the device.  They are much rarer than supply pressure regulators.
This device controls absolute pressure up to 300kPaA (~45 psia).
Electronic back pressure regulators are rare, most of rest on E-bay are standard regulator that control the supply pressure they deliver.
Nearly all the UR-7340's listed control gauge pressure, not absolute.
Absolute devices are rare and more useful in many lab applications. (Pressure based mass flow control)
If you cannot always find one on E-Bay but is not you could pay 00 for a new Horiba UR-714.
Electronic regulators can be used with "Neo" Compressible Laminar Flow Element, CLFE, restrictors for flow control from 1 to 20,000 sccm depending on size purchased.  Combine a back pressure regulator with a supply pressure regulator and you have a excellent stand for characterizing flow elements.
