Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This mass flow controller is in good condition with a few minor scuffs and scratches from normal use, but nothing major or anything that would affect function.  There is a small ding in the case (see picture 4) but this does not affect function either.
Notes:
This mass flow controller was pulled from a working assembly that was being decommissioned, but was not tested separately after removal. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
