MKS M100B Mass Flow Controller, 500 SCCM, Gas, N2, Parker Skinner Valve
This is a used MKS M100B Mass-Flo Controller, model M100B52CS1BV. Attached is a Parker Skinner Valve, model 3921BSN1LV00RRT3J1C2. The controller also includes a 15 pin plug and wire as well. The mass flow controller and valve are in excellent condition with a few markings on the bottom from long term storage, and all the factory warranty seals are still intact.
